🌈 Learning Beyond the Sessions

Between sessions, your daughter will take on fun, confidence-building “Adventures” - small, empowering challenges designed to encourage responsibility, independence, and real-world confidence. She will also set weekly goals to accomplish where she will track her progress in her very own Coaching Journal!

⏳ The Coaching Journey

I want your daughter to grow so confident and resilient that she won’t need me anymore!

Which is why my programme is structured into three empowering phases: START, GROW, TRANSFORM. Moving from weekly sessions, to fortnightly, to monthly to match skill progression.

Each phase has the option for extension, don’t worry! Everyone’s journey is different, and I will always make sure your daughter’s programme is designed specifically for her & what she needs.

Each coaching journey includes a Family Consultation, already factored into your investment. This helps us connect, get to know each other before the coaching begins, and ensure we’re supporting your daughter in the best way possible.

You can also choose to add a Family Consolidation Celebration (£120) — a joyful session with myself, your daughter, and your family at the end of her programme. Together, we’ll reflect on her journey, play some fun coaching-inspired games (which you keep at the end), and celebrate the incredible progress she’s made (treats included, of course! 🎂✨)
