MEET SADIE
Sadie Middleton | Youth Empowerment Coach
I’m passionate about helping young people discover their strengths, grow their inner confidence, and develop the emotional skills that help them thrive in life.
I grew up the youngest of seven in Bahrain, and for much of my early life I was the quiet one. I was the child who avoided speaking up, who wished she could shrink into the background, and who struggled to make sense of the big feelings inside.
Yes, that is me in the middle!
I’ve worked through an eating disorder and manage Anxiety & Body Dysmorphia today. I’ve been on a journey with Mental Health & Therapy for over 10 years, and know first hand how important it is to learn the tools that help us overcome and not to suppress.
There were times when I feel like I didn’t recognise myself - carrying anxiety, confusion, and self‑doubt, unsure of how to explore or manage all the emotions I felt. The strategies I learned often came after big moments - panic, overwhelm, or breakdown - instead of before them.
It made me wonder: why is there no space for young people to learn real tools for life before things spiral? Why do we wait until something goes “wrong”?
That question led me to youth coaching - a space that honours young people’s experiences, speaks their language, and gives them tools they can use every day, not just in crisis.
I’ve always known I wanted to work with children and teens - from my early days as a Teaching Assistant in Bahrain, to leadership roles within a social mobility charity in London - but it wasn’t until I found coaching that I discovered how I could truly serve them.
Some of my fondest memories come from the young people I’ve worked with. They’ve taught me more than I ever taught them - wisdom, joy, courage and authenticity. Those moments made me committed to creating spaces where young people feel safe, seen, capable and empowered.
Coaching gives young people:
• A voice to understand and express who they are
• Tools to manage emotions, stress and challenge
• Skills for resilience, confidence and connection
• A space to grow from within - not be defined by external pressures
We learn about the brain, how stress shows up in the body, how mindset affects experience, and how True Growth comes from understanding yourself and your responses - not from perfection.
My Belief: Every young person is uniquely special.
My goal is to help them:
✨ Discover their strengths and unique potential
✨ Build confidence and resilience in everyday challenges
✨ Take empowered action and make choices with clarity
Because when young people feel empowered within, that’s when the real transformation begins 🫶🏼
