Having experienced anxiety, low self-esteem and an eating disorder myself, I understand how challenging it can be to struggle with confidence, body image and self-worth. Recovery taught me the importance of self-compassion and resilience, but for me, true healing began when I discovered strength training
What started as a response to one of the most difficult periods of my life became a lifelong passion. Through strength training, I rebuilt my confidence, healed my relationship with my body and learned to value myself for what I can do, rather than how I look
That journey shapes everything I do today. Whether I'm mentoring a teenage girl or coaching women in the gym, my mission is the same: to help girls and women recognise their potential, trust in their abilities and become the strongest version of themselves
My approach combines mentoring, movement and practical tools to help you overcome challenges, develop self-belief and create lasting change. Because true confidence comes from feeling strong — mentally, physically and emotionally
